Is it legal I am planing to go for stamping will it be a problem since client location and location mentioned in LCA is not same (please note LCA location and Work location is same) Link to comment
Jyothis
Afaik, work location and LCA has to match. Prepare your documents and have it reviewed by a qualified attorney before going for interview. Multi level consulting has its own complications and expect to get questions on employee-employer relationships etc in the process. Link to comment

anjaly
My spouse went for H4 stamping last monday the VO asked 'petition' , she didn't have that , then he keep the passport with him and said they need to do some verification before issuing passport . I check the status online it is under 'administrator processing' so I am afraid to go for stamping. My employer has only less than 10 employee Link to comment
