Wanted to ask that can 2 members both dependent on each other ( my husband is dependent on me in my GC filling & I am dependent on him in his GC)file the GC? Link to comment

shandan Posted August 14, 2013 Report Share Posted August 14, 2013 Since your are eligbile for EB1, then you can use your approved I-140 (EB1) as basis for your I-485 and then your husband can switch his I-485 application to be your derivative, it will be much quicker. Link to comment
