bskg
Hi I have a job offer from a company who had also sponsored my H1-B earlier, however because of some issues I want to join them on my OPT. So we had the H1-B revoked, however the revocation will take some time to show up on my status page. My Question is that: I am going to apply for my OPT this week, however because of this issue -- is there a chance for its rejection? I also believe that a data fix is necessary in the SEVIS system, in case the H1-B status is still showing. Can someone please throw any light on this Thanks a lot Link to comment
pontevecchio
That somebody would be your DSO. Give your student advisor a call. Link to comment

pontevecchio
You are only good to go if your DSO says your SEVIS will be active down the line. Link to comment
