kishankakarla
My case is currently in the recruitment stage. My attorney will file my PERM, may be in a month or two. Since I work for a consulting firm, I am wondering if any change in the physical location of my work place, or in other words, if I move to a new project in an other state but still remaining with the same employer, will bring any effect in my PERM processing. What if the application for PERM is already file and then I move to a new project in another state. Do I have to inform the DOL or USCIS regarding this? Link to comment
