ineedgc555 Posted August 13, 2013 Report Share Posted August 13, 2013 My current H1b of 6th year expires on Sept 30, 2013. I have 9 months outside USA that I cant re-capture. Question is, how long does it take to re-capture the out of USA time? I know this is similar to H1b extension. I read on another forum that H1b extension time for re-capturing through non-premium is 15 days, and with PP it is 3 days. Is it true? Thanks. Link to comment
