USMumbai
Hello, My situation: - I-485 pending. EAD/AP valid until Feb'15. - Entered on Parole: I-94 valid until 12/31/2013. Ques: Since Parole status on I-94 is given for 1 year, do I need to renew I-94? Thanks, Well, our POE officer advised us to visit local USCIS office about 30 days before I-94 expiry and get it stamped for another year. They can give it for 1-year only (per him) Link to comment
chintu45
@Immigrationseeker - Thxs but confused from reply by SameerChitale @SameerChitale - Were you in status (AOS pending and entered as Parole or different Visa category). If so have you gone thru renewal of stamp on I-94? Pls advise.. Link to comment
USMumbai
@ Chintu45 - When we entered in March i was AOS pending (485 pending since 2011). So i was admitted using my EAD/AP combo card and a parole stamped I-94 at SF. Link to comment
pontevecchio
YOU do not have to do anything. With or without an I94 you are awaiting AOS on the orders of the Attorney General. Link to comment
