abcd_1234 Posted August 13, 2013 Report Share Posted August 13, 2013 Hi All, My first PERM got rejected, second is in BALCA and the third is in audit (I don't think it gets better than this). Any thoughts on how multiple rejections effect the new PERM. I am not sure if my company will file for the 4th PERM, but I am tired of it now. Any thoughts, recommendations. How difficult it is to file is EB1 if I am assigned to work in Canada for 1 year? Thanks. Link to comment
omshiv Posted August 13, 2013 Report Share Posted August 13, 2013 What scheme are you trying? First find out why your PERM is getting denied. Maybe you are working with a shady employer, maybe your attorney is not good enough..could be many reasons. Link to comment
