Factors for H1b transfer rejection

I am planning to switch a job and my new employer will be filing a non-premium transfer for me.

I am new to the H1b transfer process and was wondering what are the reasons an H1b transfer application get rejected.

 

Can someone list the factors for transfer rejection?

Their are no special or additional factors for rejection during the transfer. It's just like new H1 filing.

Remember, do not join new employer without H1 approval.

There could be many reasons for H1 Transfer rejection. Some of these include Shady company, didnt submit proper docs, etc.

 

But as Rahul advised always join the other company only after the H1 is approved.
