If H1b transfer is rejected, will my H1b remain with old employer

Hi,

 

I am planning to switch a job and my new employer will be filing a non-premium transfer for me.

If the transfer application is rejected, then will my H1b status remain valid? Or does my current company have to file again for me?

 

Please advise.

If it is rejected and as long as you stay working for your current employer and get paid you should be fine

To OP, you can continue working with your current employer if the H1 transfer is rejected.
