Multiple H1B transfers never been to US

Hello, 

 

Currently I am working with company A. Got an offer from company B and I have accepted it. Now they have begin transfer process under Regular category. Since its a long time I am planning to resign from current company and join B. Current company will revoke my petition once I resign. Also got an offer from company C who will do PP.

 

1. Will petition revoke will cause any impact current transfer from A to B.

2. If I accept offer from C then is it possible to multiple transfers same time. Will it have any impact on any particular transfers.

3. If I accept offer from C then which petition info I should provide to C from A or from B? I dont have petition info from B.

4. What is the transfer time for Regular processing.
