GC already filed in EB2, promoted to Director, can I upgrade to EB1 ???

I am in USA from Mar 2009, current status H1B, full time employed, in a not for profit company. GC was filed in Mar 2013 by current employer in EB2 category. I recently got promoted to Director, Architecture and Technology. Can I upgrade to EB1?? 

If Yes, what will be the pre-requisites??
