Now I got a good offer from a reputed university for masters in software engineering. I am preparing to apply for F1 visa stamping from india. can anyone suggest what roadblockers should i see, during F1 visa stamping, considering that i was working in US for past 7 years and came to back india only to get f1 stamped? I think your employer can file for ext. After filing for H1 getting F1 is difficult unless and until the school is very reputed. Link to comment

ottawa_rocks Posted August 21, 2013 Report Share Posted August 21, 2013 if your company's registered legal office is not there in INDIA, by american TAX LAWS and every other possible law, you CANNOT work from INDIA and get paid by MONEY LAUNDERING methods that these CONSULTING companies do by paying 1$=64 RS (In lakhs)...!
