Hi,

My H1b expired on june 2013 and I return to india. Now I got a good offer from a reputed university for masters in software engineering. I am preparing to apply for F1 visa stamping from india. can anyone suggest what roadblockers should i see, during F1 visa stamping, considering that i was working in US for past 7 years and came to back india only to get f1 stamped?

Very interesting, did you by any chance file a green card as well? Were you working as Full-time employee earlier or as a consultant?

hello,

I struck in india with 221g and getting closer to my h1 expiry, could you please tell whether can I apply for extension from india(I am currently remotely working to my us client)?

can you please suggest me the university where I can get the admission.

I think your employer can file for ext.

After filing for H1 getting F1 is difficult unless and until the school is very reputed.

if your company's registered legal office is not there in INDIA, by american TAX LAWS and every other possible law, you CANNOT work from INDIA and get paid by MONEY LAUNDERING methods that these CONSULTING companies do by paying 1$=64 RS (In lakhs)...!

Your statements are starting from If. That explains you dont know the full situation.
