Kkgarg34 Posted October 4, 2013 Report Share Posted October 4, 2013 It is very frustrating story. I kept calling and also followed up with congresswoman in the area. No response except my priority date is not current. I did the follow up service request but the same story. One day finally level 2 officer confirmed that my case has been incorrectly classified as EB-3. However Form I-140 has classification as EB-2. I have followed up again to immigration office through attorney. So far no response. I could not believe that system is so screwed here at USCIS. Anybody else in the similar boat ? Link to comment
