221g: What inquiry can we make AFTER 60 days

We cannot inquire about 221g before 60 days. But I wanted to ask, what kind of inquiry can we make AFTER 60 days?

 

Can we know which department is holding up the process or how much more time will it take? Or WHETHER will we get the visa.
