How long will it take between finger print

I had my finger print more than 90 days back. I did not get any status update. I called the customer service and all they have info is that they sent me the finger print notice.

 

What are my options to find if my case is under processing  or if it is stuck due to some issues.

 

Please let me know any available options, my local field office is Pittsburgh.
