effect of changing job title while GC application in process

If my I-140 is approved and I change to a different job title with another employer, how does my GC application get affected? My duties would not change much but a different job title would be used.

Unless one plans on applying for adjustment and working for the previous employer when the Green Card is approved, the new employer would have to file a new PERM and I-140 and request retention of the old employer's I-140's priority date.
