KiraN0755 Posted August 8, 2013 Report Posted August 8, 2013 Hi, My OPT is expiring this sep 2013, and I got admission into new school from Jan 6th , 2014 and while I am on OPT i did not have continuous employment , so I want to know what status will I be from (Sep 25th 2013 - Jan 6th 2014 ) until I join my new school or should I get some admission immediately from sep 26th. I would request Attorneys or seniors to respond to this topic Immediately.As I want to if I join new school from Jan 6th is it Legal or not?
JoeF Posted August 9, 2013 Report Posted August 9, 2013 Is that a real, accredited university? No real university would give you admission for fall quarter/semester a month before the start. Real universities have deadlines that are long over.
