subhankar Posted August 7, 2013 Report Posted August 7, 2013 Hi, I came to USA on last Nov 2012 through a reputed Indian IT company ( H1B visa) to work for a USA client ( CA). After working at client location for 3 months, I have changed my job to an another popular IT manufacturing company in the USA (TX) and currently working as a direct employee for them. My all legal papers have been transferred and approved by USCIS to new company including a new I-797, LCA, I-129. After 7 months of job in my current company, i am going to India for stamping with below mentioned documents. 1. Approved I-797 from current employer + Old I-797 from previous employer. 2. LCA 3. I-129 3. Latest Pay stubs ( 6 months) 4. HR letter to confirm job at the current company. 5. Last 6 months bank statement 6. SSN, Driver Livense, State ID 7. Lease agreement for apartment 8. AR-11 card 9. Latest resume. 10. Highest degree certificate 11. Experience certificate from all previous employer 12.
