1912abs Posted August 7, 2013 Report Posted August 7, 2013 My I 94 is expiring in one week but passport is with Canadian consulate. They do not answer phone calls and do not reply to any emails. I cannot stay in the US and at the same time I cannot travel out of US because I do not have my passport. What should I do?
