Missing Tax returns

Hi

 

I was planning to go to H1B stampping this year, but i dont have 2 years of Pay stubs  i think it would be around 1 and half year and also I am having only one tax returns, but missing last year tax returns, getting a client letter is not a big issue for me by end of this year, but after that it might be a prob for me to get a client letter

 

will there be any issue for this missing pa stubs and missing tax returns?

missing w2's (i think you can get them from the place where you have filed the tax)

your bank statements proof could help alternatively for old pay stubs missing.

coming to tax returns i have moved from one consultancy to another and none of them got the W2 form so i was unable to apply

So please sugest me if you have any ideas, and alos i was planning to go to NZ for stamping does any one know how the visa approval ratio is

without those documents don't even try to go for stamping.

Forget about stamping, no doubt it will be rejected.

 

First and foremost you need to get paid every month on H1, without pay= out of status. Just wondering how did you even survived for 1 year without salary??

 

ONLY option, you need to file complaint against those FRAUD employers who didn't pay you on H1. But its toooooooooooooo late, find some good attorney. You are in deep deep trouble.

Oh boy.

You are in a lot of trouble.

First, you absolutely need to get the W2s. If the companies don't want to give them to you, inform IRS. THey will force the employers to issue the W2s.

Second, you have to file taxes. If you didn't, you probably have to pay penalties.

Without all this, stamping is pretty much impossible.
