zak74 Posted August 7, 2013 Report Posted August 7, 2013 Hi, My EB2-India PD Nov 2008 application is pending and I got EAD and AC21 eligible. I have all the documents related to my GC filing from Labor Certificate till now. I have complete copy of the LC from my employer. Where do I get the complete job description for my application? I do not have the actual advertisement posted by my employer. There is a job description in the LC form. Is that the one? Is that the job profile that I have to match when changing jobs using AC21?

But I do not have the copy of the advertisement posted by employer at that time in newspapers. In LC form, Section H (Job Opportunity Information) has details of the job. For example, H(1) Job Title and H(11) Job Duties and H(14). Specific skils or requirements. This is the job information that would have been posted by the employer in newspaper advertisements. Correct?
