Pvanchin Posted August 6, 2013 Report Posted August 6, 2013 I have my H1B transfer in process from company A to Company B. My wife went to India and have a active H4 until september 2014 (Company A). Now if she wants to return to USA, does she need to get her H4 transfered along with my H1B or can she enter USA with her existing H4?
krialta Posted August 9, 2013 Report Posted August 9, 2013 She needs copy of your approved H1B petition. If she has valid H4 visa stamped in her passport she can travel with your latest H1B approved petition copy. FYI .. that applies to you as well.
