I have filed for H1 in Apr 2013. My case is selected in lottery. I havent got my petition approved. I am currently in US on L1 visa. I want to continue in L1. Before approval of H1 can I withdraw the petition. If I am able to withdraw my petition, can i continue to work in L1.
