H4 VISA Stamping after H1 Amendment

I have H1B from 2011 to end of 2014, and my wife had H4 approval(I-797, I-94) till end of 2014.

 

My employer applied for H1 amendment in this June, but did not include H4 for dependent in this application.

 

Petition is approved, and I had visa stamping after that, with new amended petition.

 

Now, my wife has to go to VISA stamping, 

 

She was not included in that petition as dependent. and she is dependent in initial petition which is valid till end of 2014.

 

So, will my new petition approval(I-797) is enough for H4-VISA stamping?

 

Do I need to apply for H4 application to USCIS for my new petition?

 

Please advise.
