EB2 -PD AUG 07

My OLD 485 and 140 was revoked by USCIS due to my employer closing his company. Started new GC and got 140 approved with FEB2012 PD, But USCIS sent me ammended i140 with OLD PD (AUD07) to current employer.

Now Im applying my 485 again. My question is will I get GC if dates are avaiable or get EAD and AP for now and get GC later???

It takes 2-3 months to get EAD/AP and 3-5 months to get the green card, so, generally, EAD/AP comes first (assuming you apply, which you don't have to).
