murthybabu
Looks like a lot of members from NSC have received their GC apprvoval (card mailed/card production ordered). Is there anyone left from NSC who haven't received approval yet? My PD is 7/15/2007 and RD is 8/17/2007 and is pending at NSC. Link to comment

mahesh_visitor
I am EB3-->EB2 with a PD of October 2006. I am still waiting. Is there an order to the way USCIS processes GC applications. I havent received a RFE yet and filed the AC-21 sometime last year ( October 2012 )...Is there a reasoning for why do we see folks with later PD dates getting approved before people with earlier PD dates. For example, we are seeing people with PD of 2007 getting approved before 2006/5/4. Why is that ? Link to comment

May be they are approving straight EB2 cases first and are saving the EB3 to EB2 upgrades for the last. Mine is a EB2 port and I haven't received my approval yet. Link to comment

Why is that ? the order of processing may be by the RD for a given serv center; but between the two serv centers there could be difference also. Link to comment

StressedAbtGC
PD Nov 2004 - EB3 Case EB2 approved in March 2013 w/ wrong priority date - have put in a SR to fix this 485 still Pending I am beyond frustration.... Link to comment
mahesh_visitor
Yes, what is frustrating is that I have had "Initial Review" status for the past 3 years now ( PD of October 2006, EB2 India, RD June 2013 ). No RFE. I took a SR last month and confirmed that my case said E26 ( I am a EB3 to EB2 convert ) and the lady at the desk confirmed all this. I had a recent adddress change and the USCIS website shows that in the "Initial Review" contents too ( shows that both me & my wife ). What is annoying is the uncertainly in the process...But I guess that is part of the process too... Link to comment
tonya
No approvals being reported lately. does it mean we are done with the spilled over numbers???. though it gives some heartburn to see people with later PD's getting GC's , we know atleast the Q is getting shorter. hence pl report any approvals guys. sriks78
I saw some on Aug 07. When I see ********, most of the people with PR in 2007 and RD in 2007 got approvals, except few cases including myself. I will not be surprised if the #s are over. This time spill over numbers were less (i heard). Very frustrating! Link to comment

tusharvk
I would be surprised if numbers are over; somewhere I had read that those numbers are in several thousands. At least to match the demand data. Link to comment

help_others
My AOS approved on 20th August. As tusharvk suggested me in a post, I opened an SR requesting update on my case on 16th August. I think that helped get some attention to my case. Good luck to all who are waiting. Link to comment
