andy323 Posted August 6, 2013 Report Share Posted August 6, 2013 i have XYZ employer,I am on current OPT status .I get my H1b approval in May 2013 through client A,and It's starting in oct 2013. But in August I change my client B and I have to H1b stamping in Nov.So my employer saying you have to do H1b amendment for new client B after H1b start in Oct.My question is 'Shall i do H1b amedment process before Oct ? Shall i do h1b amendment premimun ? How much total fee for H1b amendment in Premimum Process? Is it effect my current H1b approval for 3 yrs ? Link to comment
