Issues in filing due to insufficient Employer Income

Hi,

One of the companies started my GC processing showing me as a Future Employee.

I have got a PERM approval without any hassles, queries.

My lawyer is just about to file I-140 and she now realized that the Employers net income is 60K, which doesn't support my proffered wages, which are around 95K per annum. As per me she should have analyzed this before starting process itself.

Lawyer is still working on this and have not taken any final decision.

Can you please suggest, what options I have now?

Thanks

Nothing you can do here. You shouldn't be getting involved. Based on facts presented, audit is likely and maybe followed by denial.

USDOL and USCIS might take a very narrow and strict view when it comes to ability to pay issues.
