southindian Posted August 5, 2013 Report Share Posted August 5, 2013 Hi, My ex-wife got Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) based on false claims which was dismissed during case hearing. I was on approved H1B at that time. After TRO dismissal, I have changed employers and now have approved H1B I-797 from new employer. I am coming to India for H1B visa stamping. WIll the issued temporary restraining order, although it was dismissed, have any impact on my H1B stamping in India ? Quote Link to comment
