anu90 Posted August 5, 2013 Report Posted August 5, 2013 I came to USA on H1B (visa stamped) from Employer A in India.The H1B was valid till July 31,2013 . I changed to my employer B and new 797 is valid from July 8 ,2013 till 2016. I have following question: For travelling to India,I will have to get my visa stamped from Employer B before re-entering US. After the successful stamping and re-entering US,If i decide to change my employer C ,then do i again have to appear for stamping if i go out of US and upon re-entering?
pontevecchio Posted August 5, 2013 Report Posted August 5, 2013 A valid H1 visa is adequate even if you change employers. You do not have to get new visas for new employers.
