Rakesh69 Posted August 5, 2013 Report Posted August 5, 2013 Hi my name is Rakesh..I completed my Masters in Aviation Management..as this program does not come under STEM..I received only one year of OPT..I have utilized my OPT and now I am enrolled into second masters program in Computer Science..I will be done with this Masters by end of May 2014..My employer will be filing my .H1-B in April 2014..i will be in CPT From January 2014 to April 2014..My question is if my H1B gets approved will I come under Cap gap till October 2014? Am I eligible to work till the Start date of my H1-B? Any suggestions would be helpful and appreciated..Thanks in advance.
