He was out of status for more than 6 months due to the fault of the University. Now he's married and running manufacturing business in India. Is it possible for him to travel on a visitor visa?

jairichi Posted August 5, 2013 Report Posted August 5, 2013 His out of status for 6 months will be an issue. If he is able to convince VO that he has intention to come back he should be fine.
