rasre Posted August 4, 2013 Report Share Posted August 4, 2013 Hello, I'm on L1 B visa for the past 3 years and recently I've been to Canada to file a new L1 B (with the high number in rejections in extensions) and they gave me visa till 2018. With this in place 1. How long can I stay in the US with this L1B as I've my visa stamped in passport till January 2018. 2. I've my i-94 stamped till February 2016. 3. How long can one stay generally on an L1 B visa. Please advise. Thanks! Raj Link to comment
