L1A Confusion

Please help me at the earliest.

 

I working for company-A and in India now. As company-A didn't give any assurance to process visa in this year, I applied for an H1B through a US based Desi consultant as a technical resource and it got approved.

Now company-A wants me to do L1A for me (as I am doing a managerial role by more than an year in India).

So  I have 2 questions. (1) Is there any issue going to happen for L1A process as my approved H1B was a technical profile. (2) If I want to go to USA on L1A does that going to create any issue, as I have an H1B approved petition now. Is there any issue happen while going to stamping.
