Do I need to go for stamping?

Hello All,

 

I'm on OPT valid until October 2013. I applied for H1B this year and got RFE. When my employer was working on RFE, I travelled out of the country and came back safely without any issues near POE. After that my employer responded to RFE. Last week I got the H1B approval notice with my old I-94#. But I got issued another(new) I-94# with my recent travel. What are the next steps I need to take?

 

1) Do I need to take any action (if in case there are any legal issues)?

2) Do I need to go for stamping/re-apply for COS

3) How can I know which I-94 is active and update to uscis?

Since you left during a pending COS the I94 issued by the USCIS is not valid and your employer is well aware. What does he say?

Contact your employer's attorney and explain him your situation. He can let you know which I-94 is the latest one.
