Raising SR PD Current

Hello,

 

On August 1st my PD became current. I did receive RFE for BC back in March 2012, which was responded in timely manner. Since then my case status says " RFE Response Review ". Today when I called USCIS to check the status, instead of passing me to L2 officer, they raised SR.

 

Is this normal? Will that have any bad impact on processing?
