Need advise - H1B 7th year extension pending - got I-140 approved now

Need your valuable advise please!!!

 

My 7th year extension was applied based on PERM filed before 365 days of H1B expiry and I-140 pending. Now that my I-140 is approved, are there any chance of getting 3 years of extension for pending H1B extension? Thanks

If PP was used talk to the Lawyer involved. It is possible.

It was a normal processing. Could it be possible with normal processing? If not, would converting to PP help?

You should discuss the matter with the company. I suspect they will tell you they will get a 3 year extension next year for you.
