steven24
My EB3 I-140 was filed with Consular Processing option although I'm working in the US. It's my understanding that when my priority date becomes current, I can file I-485 in the US regardless of the original CP/AOS choice on I-140. A few days ago, I received the IV Fee Notice from NVC by email a few days ago. My research seems to indicate that there's strong correlation between the NVC Fee Notice and cut-off dates becoming current in near future (for my category and chargeability). Given the recent EB3 cut-off date rapid movements, I think it's not impossible that EB3 cut-off dates for most countries (other than India/Philippines) may move to 2011 within the next 12 months.
