Sticking to current L1 employer after H1B approval

Working for Company A with L1 expring 12Oct2013. H1B COS approved from Employer B. Due to EVC model rejections in india while stamping, want to stick with Company A.
 

Scenario 1. Can I get my approved H1B transferred to Company A after Oct 1st and start working with company A? if yes, when should we initiate this and will be in out of status? Also, Will my Employer B, revoke my H1? What are the list of original documents I need from Employer B for H1b transfer?

 

Scenario 2. If I go back to india, can I get my approved H1B transferred to Company A and go for visa stamping? Will my Employer B, revoke my h1?

Employer B's actions will make no difference to you.

 

A can file a cap-exempt petition at any time. It can also include change of status within the US. You will need copy of the approval notice from B.
