H4 Ext Approved , H1B under process.

Hi,

 

I came here on a H4 visa in sept 2012 and my husband's company applied for our extensions, Now the H4 extension is approved in June 2013,I have the H4 Extension approved copy and I-94 attached to it.

 

Besides I applied for a H1B this april 2013 through a consulting company and the H1B is in pending state. Due to an urgency I need to travel to India , so we applied for premium now...

 

My question is: - Assuming my H1B is processed and approved before leaving to India , On what visa should I be travelling back to US so that I don't run into issues and in which month is it advisable to return to US?

I would suggest you to enter 10 days before the start date of your H1B employment with a stamped H1B visa.
