Switching Employer after H1B stamping

Hello People,

 

Hope you are doing great.

 

I am a Masters Grad, currently on my OPT extension until Dec 2013.

I got my H1B approved for 3 years which starts from Oct 2013.

 

Working as a consultant at clients place under an Employer 'A'.

Now I have plans to get my H1b stamped on the very same employer 'A'.

But after getting my stamping done, will definitely make a switch to another employer .

as I have no plans of staying longer with 'A'(He's ripped me enough).

 

My question, If I get my Visa stamped on the Employer 'A' and then make a switch to another employer, Do I need to go back for stamping or can I just make a transfer or something.

 

Please kindly suggest.

Once you get the H1 visa stamp then you don't need another if you change employer.

Their are 100's of post about this. Just search in this forum.
