Prevailing Wage process

Hi,

My company recently did a Prevailing Wage process and the came back with a number which was not in agreement what the company had proposed.

The position was Sr. Electronics Engineer and according what the law firm says, this salary number is not normalized according to the particular region considering cost of living and other parameters. The point is the salary figure that the labor department came out with is more in tune with the folks in senior management.

What is the next process that can be done OR did the law firm miss a point in projecting the case ? Please advice, this is urgent.

Thanks.

You need to stay out of that process.

The company would have to discuss it with their lawyer. If you get involved in it, that invites an audit.

Let your company attorneys and HR handle this. This is not something an employee/bebeficirary should be involved with.
