sverma
No its not, this is not a material change. Same thing happened to me last month, my company lawyer suggested just a new LCA. Its not a material change. Link to comment

sthamago
Thanks guys... Only worry is what if VO ask why the address is different in LCA and I-129? Carry both the LCA's and any letter from your client which shows why they are moving. Link to comment

rahul412
h1b_queriess, Can you please shed some light on what it means by "material change" ? Material change= changes in the initially approved H1 where a sponsor is supposed to inform USCIS. Ex : change in the end client (if you work at client location, title, etc). Link to comment
prince2002
Thanks Rahul. In my case except client location change (due to lease expiration of my client old office) nothing has been changed. As you guys said if i just file LCA amendment at my new location this change will only get updated with DOL but not USCIS. How do USCIS know about this change? Does DOL share this information with USCIS ? Link to comment

But I read it in one of the posts by murthy attorney where he suggest for amendment since now a days USCIS is requesting amended petition for client location change. Link to comment
