Rakee
Hi All, I have an issue with my LCA. My employer filed my H1B extension wrongly. He mentioned my salary amount $4000 more than my actual salary and therefore my LCA and I129 has $4000 more salary than my actual salary so I questioned my employer about this carelessness so he gave me $4000 as bonus and told me that now my W2 will match the LCA salary. But I am sure that my base salary without bonus should match the LCA wages. Recently my client moved to a new building so I asked my employer to update the address in the LCA and along with that also update my correct salary. Now I got a new LCA but salary is less than my I129 salary. I have H1b visa interview on Aug 19 Which LCA should I show to the VO ? Case 1: If I show new LCA then he may question why salary is more in I129 and I don't have answer for that case 2: If I show my old LCA then he may question why my paystubs are less than LCA wage. I can answer like I recieved the difference amount in 1 of the month but that amount is shown as bonus on my paystub Please anyone let me know which LCA I need to take and what can be the proper explanation I can give for this case?
