rshetty76 Posted July 31, 2013 Report Share Posted July 31, 2013 I have already filed for I-130 for my wife as a sponsor for GC under F2A category. But since she was in India at the time of filing I chose Cousular Processing, now she will travel to US on H1-B in Aug 2013 which means I can apply for her 485 as PD will be current starting Aug -2013 . I would want to keep my priority date of filing for I-130 but also would like to make amends to I-130 for me to file for 485(since I chose for consular processing at the time if filing) , please advise.
