First time H1B stamping

Hi,

I just got my H1B approved. This is my first time I am going for stamping. Should I have to go to my birth country for stamping or Can I go to any other country like Canada for stamping ? Please adivse.

provided OP has MS from the US. Check out the Canada's US Consulate site, it clearly mentions that they would be happy to take in only US Masters Candidates.

 

if not, OP has to go to his birth country.
