H1 Revoked. Please Suggest

Hi,

I kind of have a situation at hand. I was in an implementation project. I was terminated from my project on July 8th. My H1 was revoked on july 19th. But my former employer informed that my last pay check would be in the first week of august. I recently checked the status of my H1 receipt. It showed that the H1 cancellation has reached the USCIS. Now I have got a new job and have applied for LCA. The next step would be applying the H1. What are my chances of getting the H1? Kindly share your insights about my situation.

You should be fine. Once LCA is approved, if you and your employer are willing then you could request and pay for premium processing. You will get a decision in 15 days.
