user_dude1 Posted July 31, 2013 Report Share Posted July 31, 2013 Hi there, I am in the process of applying a green card and as first step we(me and the employer) provided all the required information to our law firm. However the attorney came back with a request to change the job description provided. I believe with the recent developments in DOL they do not accept the word "any" or a description without specific educational requirements. I would like to know how would people like me with a ton of experience in IT but not a computer science graduate phrase the the Job description. Any help on this will be of immense help and will be highly appreciated. Thanks... Link to comment
JoeF Posted July 31, 2013 Report Share Posted July 31, 2013 You should not be involved in any aspect of PERM. That's your employer's responsibility. If you are involved, you risk an audit and denial. Stay out of this completely. Link to comment
