apurvaas Posted July 30, 2013 Report Posted July 30, 2013 Hey guys I have a confusion about the passport and i94 I entered US on F1 and after OPT, I switched to H4. my visa stamping is not done for my h4. I have i94 attached with my i797 but there are no dates there. The left side indicates the expiry date till 2014. My old passport was expired and I got it renewed in SF Indian consulate. Do i have to notify USCIS about new passport? or is my i94 is expired the day my old passport expired. Thanks.
