KarVis06 Posted July 30, 2013 Report Posted July 30, 2013 Hi, I have a valid H1B stamping until Sep 2014 from an employer A. Now I have moved to a different employer B and got my H1B transferred. I am planning to travel to India in Jan 2014. Can I use the previous employer's H1B stamping to enter US along with new I-797 from my new employer ? Did anyone travelled in the same way recently? Will there be any issue at POE ? Thanks a lot for any help
